Morgan begins interaction with users
We have decided to proceed step by step, entrusting our artificial intelligence (codenamed Morgan) with the initial task of assisting our clients in duplicating their building access badges (Note: users of programmable badges should read this note beforehand). The goal is to see if Morgan’s responses are satisfactory and if users ultimately manage to duplicate their building badges.
Training, some adjustments, and a bit of patience
This AI has been trained on reference documents concerning the private copying of building badges, particularly the FAQ on MCT programmable badges. Morgan is thus familiar with all the details of our badges’ functioning and has learned to respond as Technee’s customer service has done so far. Some adjustments may still be necessary, and we will make the required changes to the program based on user feedback.
Morgan cultivates patience
We had to make a choice between speed and quality of responses. We opted for a slightly longer response time to enhance the quality of the information provided by the program. We’re talking about a twenty-second delay between the question and the answer, which isn’t an eternity. However, we are aware that waiting 20 seconds for an online response may seem long for today’s users. We therefore ask for a bit of patience from them. We will improve the response speed if the service provided is deemed high-quality.
How to access the online badge copy assistance service?
Our clients using programmable badges can choose to get support for copying their building badges either by consulting our FAQ or by trying out the Beta version of our Morgan assistance first. We welcome qualitative feedback to improve the program. The more curious can access our assistant her
